Yes tomatoes, cucumbers and raw bell peppers. They are all packed FULL of water, so if you are trying to lose weight try adding these foods into your diet on a bigger scale.

- Water based foods because of the large content of water within them fill you up more. Its especially important that you eat them in their raw state, thus retaining all the water - if you start frying those Peppers then you'll heat up the water and evaporate it all - therefor taking away their benefit.
~ HOW DO I INTRODUCE THEM INTO MY DIET?
- Add some tomatoes or cucumber into you Lunch time sandwich, or introduce them into a side salad. Or as a snack cut up some Peppers or Cucumber into sticks and munch on them when you're feeling peckish!
